Speaker biographies:

Rupert CurtisRupert Curtis - Chief Executive Officer
Rupert has over 37 years' experience at a senior level in the SIPP and SSAS industry, making him one of the most experienced executives in the sector. Previously the Managing Director of IPS Pensions and a director at James Hay, Rupert has overseen the successful development of Curtis Banks from a standing start to the UK's largest independent SIPP provider.
Rory PercivalRory Percival ACII, APFS - Chartered Financial Planner, Personal Finance Society
Rory Percival was 'the face of the FCA' to advisory firms for many years. He worked at the regulator for 10 years and was involved with many high profile projects such as risk profiling, centralised investment propositions, the RDR, research and due diligence, and the assessing suitability review as well as speaking regularly at conferences. Prior to joining the regulator Rory worked in the advisory sector for 20 years mainly in compliance and training roles. He has Chartered Financial Planner status. In November 2016 he launched his own firm - Rory Percival Training and Consultancy Ltd to help support professionalism in the industry.
New Jessica PhotoJessica List - Pension Technical Manager
Jessica started at Suffolk Life six years ago. She has worked for the SIPP Support Team helping customers with general queries, and the Product Technical Team helping to keep products up to date with legislative changes and delivering training to staff. Now, as Pension Technical Manager, Jessica regularly presents to advisers on technical matters, assists with their queries, and writes for the trade press. 
Caitlin MayCaitlin May - Property Executive
Caitlin has worked within the Property New Business Team at Suffolk Life for over five years. Caitlin is legally qualified and is principally responsible for onboarding and disposing of property for SIPP members. As part of her role, Caitlin undertakes the vetting of legal due diligence, ensures the application of regulatory and legislative requirements, whilst providing technical support to all invested parties.
AmoastAlexandra Moast - Senior Technical Property Team Leader
Alex has worked in the property technical team in Curtis Banks for over 4 years and manages 11 team members dealing with all aspects of holding a property in a SIPP including approving the property acquisitions, disposals, leases and all ancillary technical matters, helping the team guide IFAs and their clients through the most complicated aspects of holding a property in a SIPP. Prior to joining Curtis Banks Alex worked for 4 years as a paralegal in a leading law firm having prior to this completed a law degree and the legal practice course.
