2008 statements
For some time now we have been working with different firms, both advisers and research consultants, to review the content and presentation of our annual statements.

Design briefs include easier navigation and cleaner presentation, including consistency of style and terminology. The method of delivery is also under development. Significant progress will continue to be reported as it takes place.

Adviser sales support
We’ve listened to feedback from introducing advisers with special attention after the launch of our MasterSIPP. You said you wanted additional sales support, both in terms of sales aids (now available in the Literature Library - link to the right) and also an aid to help you justify your recommendations.

Work is progressing well on the latter, and we hope to deliver our first round of material in the coming weeks.
