Most investments that are not transacted via a stockbroker, investment manager or Cofunds will need to be arranged by an application form.

On receipt of you or your client's instruction and a blank application form, we will complete the application and issue it with payment to the fund manager of the investment. You will need to complete the adviser/agent section of the application including any dealing terms and/or commission applicable to the deal.

Your client should not sign the application form. Please complete only the details of the funds you wish to invest in and the monetary amounts.

If the application is for a UK unit trust or a UK Open-Ended Investment Company, the transaction fee will be £25 per deal. However, if we are required to complete a detailed application form, the transaction fee will be £75. These are typically for tax exempt unauthorised unit trusts, fixed term deposits, UCITS and offshore OEICs.
