INVESTMENTS

INVESTMENT OPTIONS

While providing our streamlined investments route which affords our clients ease and value in their business with us, we understand that the range of investment options available via that route does not necessarily fulfil the requirements of every client.  You may wish to make transactions through those fund supermarkets, execution-only stockbrokers, investment managers and fund providers which are not e-investment affiliates.  If you decide to take this option, a charge of £25 per deal will generally be applied, although where longer paper applications are required £75 will apply.

For more details on our investment fees, visit our literature library.

Why do charges apply to these transactions?
Where a fund supermarket, stockbroker or investment manager does not supply electronic data in a form acceptable to us, we must receive paper contract notes and key these into our systems, hence the charge.  Please note that a purchase and sale are regarded as two transactions.

We offer the option of dealing with those companies that do not supply electronic data in an acceptable form to us to provide investment flexibility for our clients.

Our guide to how we transmit investment instructions is available on request.
